Gingerbread Jimmi Cookie Recipe

​Magic "Gingerbread Jimmi" Cookies

(Mix together)
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 1/2 cups molasses
(Stir in)
1 cup cold water
(Sift together and stir in)
7 cups sifted flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Temperature: 350 degrees
Time: Bake 8-10 minutes
Amount: 12 Gingerbread Jimmi's

Chill dough. Roll out very thick (1/2) inch. Use Gingerbread Jimmi Cookie Cutter. With a spatula, carefully transfer Jimmi's to lightly greased cookies sheet. Bake. Cool slightly, then carefully remove from baking sheet. Use your imagination to create your very own Gingerbread Jimmi with bits of candy, frosting and Polarstar Dust. Yummy. Get ready to play!
